BBMED — Production & energy dashboard
An analytical dashboard connecting production reliability, lost capacity and energy use, with transparent calculations and a dedicated validation view.
About the Project
BBMED turns supplied MES, operator Excel and energy datasets into a connected analytical workspace. The operations view compares order coverage and quantities, examines production losses and stoppage causes, and relates throughput to batch size and staffing. Filters retain the context of whole production orders. A second view explores meter consumption, component breakdowns, allocated energy and processing-cost scenarios. A third page traces calculations back to source fields and documents quality checks. Clear distinctions between measured data, allocation and scenario inputs make the dashboard suitable for careful analysis rather than unsupported conclusions.
My Role
I prepared the analytical data model, calculation logic and interactive visualisations, with particular attention to source reconciliation and traceable results.
