Inquiries and replies

The form collects your name, email address, message, selected service (optional), language and consent. Inquiries are stored in PostgreSQL and viewed in the authenticated TiLADYS dashboard. Staff can reply to the supplied email address through SMTP. The reply and its time are stored with the inquiry. Submitting the form does not trigger an automatic email.

Security and administration

The contact endpoint limits requests using an IP-derived, keyed hash and a counter shared in PostgreSQL. It reads an IP only from a configured trusted proxy header; otherwise requests share an unidentified-source counter. Counters use ten-minute windows and expired entries are removed during subsequent requests. The admin area uses an eight-hour HttpOnly session cookie, secure in production, with SameSite Strict. Session records include a hashed token, a hashed IP and a user agent; login and administrative actions create audit records.

Hosting, database and email

The website and admin application process requests on their hosting infrastructure. PostgreSQL stores inquiries and replies, and the configured SMTP service handles reply delivery and admin login alerts. The specific hosting, database and email providers, locations, recipients and backup arrangements still require owner confirmation.

Links, images and fonts

This code does not add visitor analytics, advertising scripts, embedded maps or third-party fonts. System fonts are used. Social and Google Maps links open external services when followed. Portfolio images may load from the TiLADYS control application or an external cover-image host, which receives the browser request. Hosting-level logging or integrations require verification.

Retention and requests

A retention period for inquiries, replies and security records has not been confirmed. The code does not automatically delete inquiries on a schedule. Contact TiLADYS using the details below for questions about your data.
