A responsive fitness calculator web application built for DonetsFit, turning user-entered data into clear, immediate results through a focused and easy-to-use interface.
About the Project
DonetsFit Calculator is a standalone interactive web application created as a digital tool for the DonetsFit fitness brand. The goal was to turn fitness-related calculations into a simple browser experience where users enter the required values and receive clear results without having to work with formulas manually. The application was developed with Next.js, React and TypeScript, with custom CSS used for layout and visual styling. I structured the interface around reusable typed components, separated the calculation logic from the presentation layer, and organized the form and result states so that the application remains understandable as the entered values change. Responsive behavior was an important part of the project. Form controls, result blocks, typography and spacing adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile screens. I also focused on input validation, clear labels, predictable interactions and readable result presentation so the calculator can be used quickly and comfortably on different devices. The project is available through the dedicated DonetsFit subdomain calc.donetsfit.com. This allows the calculator to function as a focused digital product while remaining connected to the main DonetsFit brand. The final result is a lightweight and maintainable interactive application that demonstrates practical calculation logic, typed frontend development, responsive design and production deployment.
My Role
I handled the complete development of the calculator application: interface planning, Next.js and TypeScript implementation, calculation logic, reusable components, responsive CSS, input handling, testing, subdomain configuration and production deployment.
