About the Project

The client wanted to reuse the graphics card and several storage drives from their older desktop in a newer PC. I removed the selected components from the old computer, cleaned the inside of the newer one, then mounted and connected the graphics card and drives. After reassembly, I started the newer PC, checked the display output, and entered ASUS UEFI to verify that the connected storage drives appeared. This let the client keep using their existing graphics card and storage in the newer system.

My Role

I handled component removal, cleaning, installation, cabling, and the final startup and hardware checks.
